Conduct active and qualified prospecting of new associates, strengthening Sicredi's presence in the region. Act as a financial consultant, offering complete solutions, investment strategies, and financial planning aligned with each associate's objectives. Manage and develop the associate portfolio with a strategic vision, focusing on long-term relationships and sustainable value generation.

Experience as a Business Manager for individuals or in customer service. Background in external prospecting and consultative roles. Completed Technical and/or Higher Education. Anbima certification (C-Pro R or higher) is required within 90 days of hiring. Must reside or have easy access to the Piratini/RS region.

Competitive salary compatible with the market, plus guaranteed 14th and 15th salaries as per collective agreement. Participation in results of up to 8 times your salary annually. Includes health insurance, dental plan, transportation allowance, and various wellness programs.
