Lead the sale of new credit cards and design the best offer to attract customers. Manage the existing card portfolio to develop and profit from high-value clients. Define and ensure the best value proposition for our cards. Analyze the portfolio and determine the appropriate business volume with controlled and profitable risk.

Minimum of 8 years of experience, preferably in personal banking; experience in mass consumption, retail, or insurance is valued. Strong data and analytical skills, along with knowledge of marketing and growth strategies. Degree in Engineering, Administration, or Economics; MBA or master's degree is desirable. Intermediate English proficiency.

Lead a key position in the credit card business with a direct impact on the bank's results. Work in an agile and collaborative environment with opportunities for continuous development and learning.
