What You'll Do
Own the performance, availability, and scalability of production database systems including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB. Design, implement, and maintain backup, replication, and disaster recovery strategies. Lead database deployments, migrations, and schema changes with minimal downtime. Provide after-hours and on-call support for critical deployments.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator or in a similar senior data infrastructure role. Strong hands-on expertise with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB in production environments. Solid experience with backup and disaster recovery strategies, replication, and high-availability setups. Fluent in both English and Spanish.
What We Offer
