Sr Strategic Manager

Supervise the health and liquidity of the Group QuintoAndar marketplaces in the region, analyzing liquidity dynamics and identifying market gaps. Continuously monitor emerging residential real estate models and evaluate growth opportunities for development, acquisition, or partnership. Lead the strategic process connecting diagnosis with ambition, ensuring high-level strategic priorities translate into operational actions. Develop data-backed business cases and present them to regional leadership and Country Managers.

6+ years of experience in top-tier Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Business Operations, or Strategic Growth in high-growth tech marketplaces/PropTech. Strong quantitative skills and executive leadership capabilities are essential.

The position offers a hybrid work model, requiring in-office presence in Mexico City three times a week. The selection process is transparent and includes multiple interview stages, ensuring individual evaluation of all applications.
