Monitor building infrastructure and preventive and corrective maintenance. Support operations of services such as restaurant, security, and cleaning. Manage suppliers and contracts, ensuring service quality and compliance with SLAs. Conduct rounds to identify maintenance needs and improvement opportunities.

High school diploma required. Previous experience in Facilities, building administration, or related fields. Basic knowledge of building infrastructure and maintenance. Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for tracking indicators.
