Lead the operational team, assign tasks, and allocate resources for quality audits to ensure compliance with indicators and standards. Monitor and control product volumes, service times, and inventory activity levels. Propose and generate automated reports to facilitate result analysis. Conduct meetings with other areas using methodologies like PDCA to correct process deviations and identify improvement opportunities.

Bachelor's degree required. Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and strong interpersonal skills. Analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools are essential. Must be available to work on-site in shifts, on a 6x2 schedule, specifically in the regions of Guaíba and Gravataí - RS.
