Core Responsibilities

Monitor and collaborate on all planning processes, including forecasting and deviation analysis, to ensure SLAs are met and customer experience is optimized. Execute validated strategies, suggest new ones to meet desired SLAs, and generate reports on key operational indicators to analyze performance deviations.

Requirements

Candidates must have a completed higher education degree and 1 to 3 years of experience, along with advanced knowledge of spreadsheets and familiarity with operational and some business indicators. Proficiency in data analysis tools like Python, SQL, Looker, or Power BI is required for developing scripts, reports, and dashboards.
