What You'll Do
Analyze NPS and CSAT data for the team. Support the PMO in NPS-related initiatives by organizing action plans, responsibilities, deadlines, and status updates. Prepare reports and presentations with insights and recommendations for stakeholders. Monitor app performance and stability, directing alerts and opportunities for improvement to responsible teams.
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Knowledge in data analysis, KPI tracking, and data cross-referencing. Ability to create and present executive materials tailored to different audiences. Basic experience in SQL, Databricks, and Power BI is a plus.
