Core Responsibilities

The primary role involves providing technical assistance to municipalities to enhance their capacity in planning, managing, and executing initiatives related to Early Childhood Development (ECD), ensuring alignment with territorial development plans. This includes driving advisory and training processes for municipal teams and coordinating the implementation of ECD initiatives while fostering participatory processes.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Public Management, Law, Social Development, Economics, or related fields, requiring a minimum of 4 years of general experience in municipal management or technical assistance to public entities. Specific experience of at least 2 years is needed in coordinating with government institutions on public policy projects, alongside knowledge of ECD policies and territorial development plans.
