Technical Program Manager
VisaCore Responsibilities
This role serves as the PMO lead for a Team of Teams (TofT), providing oversight and governance on the delivery of all initiatives while collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure timely planning and execution for the product and technology roadmap. The Technical Program Manager must be hands-on with Agile execution tools and act as an influential leader building bridges across Visa to ensure quality, on-time delivery of initiatives into production systems.
Requirements
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in technical program management or software development, coupled with a Bachelor's degree, or 8+ years of experience without one, and must be fluent in English. Essential qualifications include proficiency with Agile Lifecycle Management tools (like Jira) and Scaled Agile Certification, alongside strong skills in cross-functional leadership, data analysis, and change management.
