What You'll Do
Support managers in their leadership roles, ensuring effective application of Human Management processes in Channels. Manage labor relations within the Channels team, leading conflict resolution and mediation processes. Align Global People strategies with the Channels team, ensuring proper implementation of performance and talent management processes.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Business Administration, Social Communication, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 2 years of experience in Human Management processes as a generalist, covering recruitment, benefits administration, indicator management, and disciplinary processes. Basic knowledge of payroll, labor law, and development plans.
