Lead the local operational monitoring and management of KPIs, acting swiftly to address deviations such as flight cancellations or customs delays. Coordinate with teams in origin to guarantee quality pre-alerts and documentation, and manage carrier relationships through regular reviews to ensure capacity and compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Foreign Trade, Economics, or related fields. Proven experience in logistics operations, control towers, or Cross-Border Trade, with marketplace experience highly valued. Strong analytical skills for real-time problem resolution and data management, along with fluent English for communication with global teams.
