Requirements
Candidates must have a university degree in social sciences, education, development, health, economics, or public management, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in social projects related to advocacy, citizen participation, or community work, specifically involving work with adolescents and youth organizations. Essential knowledge includes gender equality, youth participation, political advocacy, and familiarity with the local institutional context.
