Ensure compliance with Plant Engineering activities (Maintenance - Facilities), guaranteeing the availability and reliability of assets through excellent execution by technicians and contractors. Review daily, weekly, and monthly indicators to generate analysis and action plans for eliminating failures and abnormalities. Provide maintenance technicians with the appropriate tools and training to execute their work excellently.
Requirements
Engineer with a solid technical and structural background, with combined experience in heavy machinery maintenance and infrastructure (industrial facilities). 4 years of experience in similar positions, in preventive and corrective maintenance. Solid knowledge in maintenance of electromechanical equipment, automation, and operational machinery.
