Conduct inspections on damaged vehicles to assess repair costs using the SOMA system. Analyze coverage of claims and communicate with clients and brokers for clarification when necessary. Ensure timely and efficient customer service through various communication channels. Review processes to ensure compliance with guidelines and maintain productivity standards.

Bachelor's degree required. Technical knowledge in automobiles and expertise in claims analysis and settlement rules. Intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Specific courses in automotive repair, budgeting, or related fields are desirable.
