Core Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with social security obligations across multiple LATAM countries, including Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama, Chile, Argentina, and Uruguay. Manage medical leaves, maternity licenses, and social credit approvals while coordinating with government authorities.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates must have experience in social security, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and intermediate English proficiency.
