Core Responsibilities

The Product Manager for Search UX is responsible for designing, building, and scaling end-to-end search products and experiences to help users find what they need quickly, relevantly, and reliably, focusing on improving conversion and reducing friction. This role involves translating user signals into actionable product decisions and owning the entire Search UX portfolio from discovery through evolution.

Requirements

Candidates must have 2-4 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in B2C, marketplace, or e-commerce, with proven experience leading initiatives end-to-end from discovery to iteration. Essential requirements include the ability to convert user problems into high-impact solutions, strong product metrics analysis skills, clear requirement documentation (PRDs), and effective collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Data teams.
