What You'll Do
Craft user experiences that transform how lending institutions process loan applications. Lead projects and initiatives, defining strategy and UX vision through cross-functional collaboration and alignment. Develop design foundations that are scalable across a diverse customer base and applicable to various loan application offerings.
What We're Looking For
Fluent English skills (100% US client-facing environment). At least 5 years of full-time product design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional quality. Strong execution in Figma, with solid experience managing design systems and responsive design.
