Lead and develop professionals in the Middleware, Storage, Database, and Operating Systems disciplines, promoting career evolution and continuous training. Define and implement technical standards, frameworks, and best practices to ensure quality and efficiency in delivered solutions. Build and manage the technological roadmap for the discipline, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and practices.

Fluent in English or Spanish. Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems and database management (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL). Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring technical teams. Knowledge of middleware solutions and storage systems, including SAN/NAS technologies.
