The Legal QA acts as the operational and quality control engine within the legal team, primarily managing the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) by supervising and actively mobilizing process cards to ensure smooth progression through approval stages. Responsibilities include administering the contract lifecycle via digital platforms, performing rigorous quality control on documentation, identifying operational bottlenecks, coordinating with stakeholders to resolve administrative blocks, and ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
