Supervisão Routing - Mercado Envios

Lead the execution of Last Mile routing across Brazil, ensuring the construction, publication, and monitoring of daily routes. Manage and develop a team of Team Leaders, Coordinators, and Assistants, ensuring clarity of roles and engagement. Ensure operational excellence and governance of routing processes, addressing operational deviations and prioritizing critical incidents.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Experience in logistics and team management, with planning and organizational skills. Intermediate knowledge of Spanish and English, and familiarity with Google tools such as Sheets and Presentations is desirable.
