The Onboarding Manager ensures a successful transition for new customers moving to MyCase software by establishing a solid foundation for their future success. This involves leading the onboarding experience, customizing it to maximize utilization, and proactively reaching out to customers during their first 90 days post-live.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a BA/BS/BE degree and demonstrate exceptional customer relationship building skills, strong communication abilities, and analytical capabilities for problem-solving. Successful applicants will also show leadership potential, be highly organized, and possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills.
