Manage employee experience by acting as a focal point and alerting on improvement needs in facilities, benefits, and payroll.

Experience in Human Resources processes and leadership or as a People Business Partner, with a background in reducing absenteeism and turnover. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related fields. Ability to interpret and analyze data to generate relevant managerial insights and transform them into concrete actions quickly.
