Core Responsibilities

This role manages day-to-day Toll-Free Onboarding Operations, including verification, appeals, and escalations, ensuring decision quality, SLA performance, and operational consistency. The manager will lead a distributed team, support employee development, and partner cross-functionally to enhance workflows and onboarding effectiveness.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 2 years of people leadership experience, including managing employee performance through coaching and feedback, and experience in structured operational or policy-driven review environments. Strong project management skills, sound judgment for escalations, and excellent English communication are essential.
