Own the agentic support layer end-to-end, migrating email automation onto a single decision engine and managing multichannel entry points. Build event-driven pipelines, ensuring client-data isolation and integrating against Cobre's real sources of truth. Design escalation paths and instrument systems for monitoring resolution rates and response times.

5+ years of experience building and operating production backend services. Proficiency in at least one backend-focused language, preferably Go, and familiarity with distributed systems fundamentals. Experience with cloud-native AWS development and architectural judgment in practice.
