What You'll Do
Manage the recruitment of promoters and recruiter agents in alignment with AXA's policies and methodologies. Ensure that the promoters maintain a pool of potential candidates for critical vacancies through various sourcing strategies. Collaborate with support areas to ensure efficient execution of recruitment processes and propose innovations to improve recruitment strategies.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree completed. Experience in sales, finance, actuarial, and information analysis. Proficient in intermediate Excel and experience in generating metric reports.
