Own the product profit and loss (P&L) and lead the team responsible for creating and delivering customer product offerings and pricing. Partner closely with internal stakeholders to redesign the mobile experience and drive customer acquisition efforts. Establish governance of all initiatives and ensure compliance with guidelines and standards.

15+ years of experience in a relevant field. Managerial experience with a strong background in driving strategy and execution of digital products in retail banking. Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
