Engagement Sellers Manager

Support the growth plan for TPV Point and TPV LT&SMBs across various countries in the region. Manage the end-to-end Growth framework, including portfolio and High-value Actions. Lead integrated portfolio strategy and reduce churn through lifecycle diagnostics and preventive management.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in Fintech, Banking, or Technology. Strong strategic vision and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments.
