Business Development Manager

• B2B Partner Acquisition: Identify and secure strong partnerships with local distributors, pharmacy chains, e-commerce marketplaces (e.g., Mercado Libre), and contract manufacturers in key countries like Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and Chile.
• Market & Trend Analysis: Monitor consumer demand for specific supplement categories (vitamins, sports nutrition, longevity products), while analyzing competitors and regional pricing strategies.
• End-to-End Sales Management: Lead negotiations, close commercial contracts, align supply chain terms, and consistently achieve sales KPIs.
• Regulatory Collaboration: Work closely with our compliance teams to successfully register products with local health authorities (such as ANVISA in Brazil and COFEPRIS in Mexico), ensuring strict adherence to local ingredient and labeling laws.
• Go-to-Market Strategy Development: Adapt our product portfolio, positioning, and marketing campaigns to perfectly fit the cultural and economic landscape of Latin American countries.

• Proven experience in Business Development or Sales, preferable experience within the dietary supplements, pharma, or FMCG sectors.
• Deep understanding of the LATAM market dynamics, distribution channels, and consumer behavior.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a huge plus).
• Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing B2B deals.
• Basic familiarity with regional regulatory frameworks (ANVISA, COFEPRIS, etc.).
