Estimator

Prepare detailed, accurate takeoff estimates for commercial projects and high-end residential builds. Analyze project scope and technical drawings using past project benchmarks. Support shop drawing creation and assist with project management tasks as needed.

3 to 15+ years of proven estimating experience in construction or metal trades. Engineering background (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering degree) or equivalent construction/estimating background. Strong expertise in Division 7 work or transferable structural steel/metal fabrication knowledge.

Compensation ranges from $1,500 to $2,500 per month depending on experience. Full-time remote position with working hours aligned to Pacific Time. Opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on quality and precision.
