Core Responsibilities

Lead customer acquisition in the field through direct execution, building and managing your own pipeline, closing sales, and ensuring customer activation. Supervise individual and team performance, ensuring compliance with KPIs such as customer acquisition volume and conversion rates. Train and develop new sales representatives while providing continuous feedback and coaching in the field.

Requirements

2 years of experience in field sales or door-to-door roles. Experience in hunter-type roles (e.g., Rappi, Didi, fintechs, telcos). Strong negotiation and sales closing skills. Highly autonomous and results-oriented with excellent communication skills.
