What You'll Do
Implement and manage administrative processes for distribution channels including Edifact. Monitor platform performance according to established KPIs and audit production results and payment generation. Coordinate with agency support areas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Tourism, or related field. Over 5 years of experience in travel agency operations management, such as Operations Manager or Client Management. Advanced knowledge of Sabre Edifact and intermediate-advanced skills in Office and Excel.
What We Offer
Availability to work in Santa Fe for the first 3 months in-person, followed by a hybrid work arrangement.
