Manage and execute the Compliance Program at Profuturo AFP, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulations. Report potential compliance risks to senior management and the board. Monitor regulatory observations and implement action plans. Coordinate with regulatory bodies during inspections and provide updates on compliance initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, internal control, operational risk, or internal auditing. Intermediate knowledge of the Private Pension System regulations and financial market regulations. Intermediate English proficiency.
