Manage and develop a portfolio of associates primarily in the Agro segment, ensuring compliance with the established commercial agenda. Prospect new associates and businesses by understanding their activities and financial needs. Facilitate the integration of new associates, explaining the cooperative's values and addressing their inquiries. Control the levels of indebtedness within the portfolio and implement measures to resolve delinquency.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in administration, financial management, commercial management, agronomy, animal science, or related fields. Certification C PRO R or higher. Experience in commercial activities and managing client portfolios. Preferred experience in financial institutions.
