Core Responsibilities

The role involves permanently monitoring active routes using GPS visibility platforms and TMS, and detecting critical events such as detentions, deviations, accidents, or road blockages. Responsibilities also include validating on-time delivery compliance by carriers and serving as the contact point for transport companies regarding novelties and traceability recovery.

Requirements

Candidates must be a professional, technician, or technologist in logistics, transport, operations, or related fields, with at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in monitoring, dispatch, traffic, or logistics call center roles. Essential requirements include basic/intermediate proficiency with GPS visibility platforms and knowledge of Colombian road geography, along with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
