QuintoAndarCore Responsibilities
Manage a fixed and robust portfolio of approximately 250 active and inactive B2B clients, focusing on maximizing monthly revenue. Lead complex negotiations to mitigate churn and retain clients, while actively prospecting within the existing client base. Proactively handle critical delinquency collections and ensure all client interactions are accurately recorded in Salesforce.
Requirements
Solid commercial experience in account management or consultative sales in the B2B market. Strong organizational skills and excellent time management to handle multiple demands simultaneously. Resilience and strong negotiation skills are essential, along with a data-driven mindset to guide commercial strategies.
