Senior Field Marketing Specialist - Strategic Relations

Own the VTEX Ambassadors program end-to-end, ensuring strong governance and continuous execution. Identify, engage, and recruit new Ambassadors to generate commercial opportunities. Drive activation and engagement of existing Ambassadors, and monitor leads and opportunities generated through the program.

5+ years of experience in Field Marketing, Demand Generation, Partnerships, or related roles. Experience in building and managing programs based on referrals and partnerships. Fluent in Portuguese and English.

You will be required to attend the São Paulo office four days a week, with remote work on Fridays.
