Billing Operations Associate

Oversee all ITAD processing workflows, ensuring timely execution of shipments and processing tasks. Review and ingest data destruction reports and settlement reports from resale partners into internal systems. Gather FMV pricing data from secondary market platforms and maintain our internal database of FMV estimates per device.

3+ years of experience in auditing, billing operations, data analysis or logistics coordination. Strong skills in Google Sheets, especially with pivot tables and lookups. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule with one day per week onsite and four days remote. Compensation includes 15 paid working days (PTO), comprehensive medical coverage for you and your dependents, and reimbursement for eligible wellness activities.
