Manage a B2B client portfolio in the region. Feed and manage CRM tools to ensure visibility, predictability, and efficiency. Monitor performance indicators, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Implement farming strategies to boost the productivity of the active base and ensure quality in the end customer experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B consultative sales, preferably as an account manager. Strong results orientation and data-driven decision-making skills. Advanced conflict management, negotiation skills, and ability to reverse cancellations. Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and Google Sheets for daily analysis.
