Resolve disputes related to fraudulent activities and consumer issues through investigation and analysis. Conduct thorough investigations on reported disputes, collecting and analyzing relevant evidence to determine claim validity. Maintain clear communication with affected clients and stakeholders, providing updates on dispute resolution progress. Collaborate with internal teams such as fraud, customer service, legal, and compliance to ensure coordinated responses to reported disputes.
Requirements
Strong interest in claims resolution, financial investigation, or fraud prevention. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong soft skills including teamwork, effective communication, adaptability, and proactivity. Ability to work in a dynamic and high-pressure environment. Quick learning ability. Desirable experience with programming languages (SQL) and intermediate Excel skills.
