Requirements

Candidates must be university graduates in fields like Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Civil Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in compensation, Human Resources, or as an HRBP. Essential requirements include experience with numerical or data analysis functions and intermediate to advanced Excel skills, preferably with intermediate English.
