Core Responsibilities

Perform administrative duties such as scheduling hearings and managing case files. Organize exhibits and legal documents for attorney review. Draft and proofread legal correspondence and documents. Communicate with clients and witnesses to schedule meetings and manage client billing.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required. Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies or a Paralegal Certificate preferred. At least 1 year of experience in legal, medical, or social services preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
