LoggiCore Responsibilities
Manage the planning and monitoring of small and medium-sized construction projects, ensuring control over deadlines, costs, and quality of deliveries, while consolidating and tracking physical and financial schedules. Elaborate and manage project budgets seeking efficiency, analyze AutoCAD projects, monitor worksites, control performance indicators, and interface with internal areas like Legal regarding contracts and licenses.
Requirements
Candidates must have a complete higher education degree in Civil Engineering and experience in managing and monitoring construction projects such as logistics warehouses or retail. Required knowledge includes AutoCAD for project interpretation, budget elaboration, schedule management, construction licensing processes, and intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, along with project financial control experience.
