What You'll Do
Design, develop, and implement generative AI agents for automation, assistance, and process optimization. Participate in the complete project lifecycle from requirements gathering to production deployment and solution evolution. Analyze performance metrics of implemented agents and solutions, generating opportunities for continuous improvement. Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications in distributed, cloud, and legacy environments.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related fields. Experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI agents (Copilot, conversational agents, intelligent assistants, etc.). Knowledge and experience in metrics analytics, result interpretation, and performance-based improvement. Experience executing end-to-end (E2E) projects.
