Own the end-to-end onboarding funnel for legal entities, identifying bottlenecks and analyzing drop-off points to improve conversion. Work directly with data using SQL and BI tools to evaluate opportunities and measure product performance. Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process models while driving complex cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager. Proven experience in optimizing customer acquisition or onboarding funnels with measurable results. Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL and BI tools.
