Core Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end after-sales requirements including warranties, repairs, and RMA for Tier 3 channels. Coordinate with internal areas and service centers to ensure SLA compliance and maintain proactive communication with customers.

Requirements

Requires a degree in progress or completed in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Marketing. Candidates need 2 to 3 years of experience in after-sales, operational customer service, or reverse logistics.
