Design training activities applying different learning methodologies. Manage and plan training sessions, ensuring compliance with training schedules. Maintain updated records of attendance and evaluations. Execute training courses and manage compliance with training plans.

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field. At least 3 years of experience as an instructor in technical subjects or mining operations. Ideally, 2 years of experience in autonomous mining operations. Valid Class B driver's license with a minimum of two years of seniority.
