Ensure strategic coherence and alignment across six operational regions for the Viva Água initiative. Develop a unique architecture for operational processes and standardize project forms and regional plans. Lead the structuring and implementation of the MVA Guide, focusing on compliance and risk management. Conduct monitoring and evaluation of impact indicators, integrating local data for consolidated reporting.

Bachelor's degree required. Experience in technical and/or financial management, strategic planning, and large-scale socio-environmental program processes. Knowledge of methodologies for establishing and monitoring environmental and social impact indicators. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools.
