Drive continuous improvement initiatives to make logistics processes and the distribution chain more agile, efficient, and scalable. Ensure operational excellence and compliance with service level standards during receiving, sorting, and dispatching stages. Monitor and analyze key productivity, cost, and operational quality KPIs, designing and implementing management dashboards and automated decision-making tools.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields (or equivalent operational experience). Solid data analysis and logistics management indicators skills, knowledge in dashboard creation (Looker / Tableau / Google Sheets), and basic SQL knowledge (preferably Google BigQuery) and N8N workflow. Desired knowledge in using AI tools for productivity, SAP for purchase management, and general understanding of accounting accounts.
