Lead the team and ensure the success of operations across all processes, managing leaders directly and representatives indirectly. Analyze performance indicators and operational reports to identify improvement opportunities. Develop and communicate analyses, proposing solutions to enhance key indicators and ensure operational excellence. Identify and implement process improvements, making strategic decisions to elevate the experience of both sellers and buyers on our platform.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. Proficiency in Office Suite, WMS/LMS systems, and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Proven experience in managing people and operational logistics or production teams. Experience in managing direct and indirect teams, acting as a disseminator of cultural principles and being close to all levels of the team. Availability to work on-site in Gravataí/RS.
